Dermo28 are an Italian skincare brand that have recently become available to us in the UK. Dermo28 team together both knowledge and science to create skincare that sustains and rejuvenates the skin giving long lasting effects. Each product is still made in Italy which is an important value of theirs as it promotes elegance, beauty and quality. I was excited to get my hands on a few of the Dermo28 products after having a bad reaction to another skincare cream. I’m quite reluctant when trying new skincare brands although with Dermo28 I couldn’t say no after reading up about them. I decided to try the Youth Complex Moisturising serum, Regolatore PH Balancing toner and the Crema Acida PH Balancing treatment.
With the PH Balancing toner I sprits this all over my face straight after cleansing, you can apply this both morning and night. When I first tried this I was immediately drawn to the smell, it has a very light citrus smell to it, its all kinds of beautiful! This product is one I want to use over and over again! The PH Balancing toner has a spray top which is pretty handy as it means you can spray straight onto the skin without the use of any cotton pads. I don’t even have to pat dry as it dries into the skin pretty quickly. As soon as the toner meets your skin you can feel a slight tingle which is an aspect I really like since it feels like its really doing something for your skin.
After use of the toner I then apply the Crema Acida Ph Balancing Treatment cream. This is described as a mask so when I initially opened it I expected a thick, mask like texture with a full coverage look. To my surprise the mask reminds me more of a light moisturiser, it has a nice texture and consistency to it so on application feels very light and refreshing on your skin. You should apply a thin layer to the face and leave on for 15 minutes, wipe away and you’re done! This is such a quick and easy product to use. I love both of my PH balancing products, they leave my skin with an even tone all over, ridding my face of any redness. I have also noticed that if I find an imperfection both products relieve any pressure or swelling around the immediate area.
After applying both the toner and treatment cream I then apply the Youth Complex Moisturising Serum. This is a serum I really enjoy using and again its very light on the skin. This serum is not at all oily, or too watery in consistency like other serums I’ve tried in the past, instead it soaks really well into the skin and gives you an instant soft feeling to your skin. This serum gives instant and long lasting hydration, I can even use this without adding a moisturiser and still have a hydrated feel to my skin at the end of the day. This is something my skin in particular craves as I’m prone to pretty serious dry patches. After using the serum it also creates a smooth base for my makeup application, its is definitely a winning product in my eyes!
Overall I have really enjoyed using all three products, so much so that I’d be intrigued to try more! Dermo28 have so much to choose from that are suitable for all skin types, it’d be easy to find something that suits you! Sensitive skin, they’ve got you covered! Wrinkles and fine lines? They’ve a whole range of anti ageing products! The only slightly negative thing for me would be the pricing of their products, its definitely a higher end skincare brand so they aren’t as affordable to everyone. All three of my products would have come together at £180 which is a bit of a smack in the face… Although, I am pretty convinced that they are products built to last since the bottles are huge and I’ve barely made a dent in mine! #Silverlinings
